Shipping and tracking information
The products are available from stock (unless otherwise specified in the item description) and are shipped after the payment within 1-3 working days. In Germany, the average running time 1-2 business days.
For deliveries within Europe, the average delivery time is 5-7 working days from the shipping.
If after 5 working days (remember: no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays) the parcel has not delivered yet, please contact us. (Contact)
How much does shipping cost?

Is there a shipping confirmation?
You will receive a prompt confirmation of your payment and after the dispatch of the parcel a mail informs you that the parcel has been shipped.
Usually we receive tha same day the payment is registered in the system. Doing so we try to guarantee short delivery times. (Exception: items that have not yet been published or that are not immediately available)
If you have ordered cash on delivery, you will receive an order confirmation once the order was delivered in the mail.
